Healing begins with my clients. My mission is to create an environment of healing and education; empowering my clients to take charge of their wellness. Through education, my clients are made aware of what could be causing the pain they are experiencing and then we develop a treatment plan to provide relief from chronic pain and stress.

​I am a professional member of both American Massage Therapy Association and Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals as well as the North Georgia Holistic Guild. In my spare time I enjoy yoga, nature and creating handmade gemstone jewelry as well as spending time with my family.

I specialize in Intuitive Integrative Massage utilizing a variety of techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and stretching, this massage affects the deeper muscle fibers of the body. This type of massage helps with chronic muscular pain, injury rehabilitation, and reduces inflammation-related pain.

Table was a bit uncomfortable at times with my back & neck issues. Room was a bit stuffy & bit too warm for my comfort. Cherica did her best to resolve these for a picky first time customer. She was very skilled & professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. She explained the therapies best suited for my issues & how these would help achieve my goals for therapy. She was very personable & genuinely caring in her approach. Overall, it was good experience & a learning experience for myself. I plan to continue this course of therapy.

I feel AMAZING! Cherica got right to the problem and worked with all the muscle systems involved like the expert she is. My primary complaint is almost non-existent now, just a few hours later....and all my other minor complaints are completely pain-free. Thank you Cherica! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cherica.
