I'm currently LMT in the state of Washington. I have specialize with muscle tightness, back pain, tightness in hamstrings, and other symptoms. My specialty includes Deep tissue, Sports Therapy modalities, and Hot Stones. I also do in house massages. I lived in Spokane and attended Inland Massage Therapy where I gained my 200+ hands on hrs. In 2010 I ran cross country putting on 25-30 miles per week, I was living in muscle pain daily I would have spasm through my legs and low back pain, most of my issues caused from being unaware of how to take care of myself And manage my pain. After several months of massage therapy, stretching I was finally able to start moving pain free again.
