Stacia Kuceyeski completed her 200 hour teacher training through Yoga on High (Hatha focus) and is an RYT-200 through Yoga Alliance.  She is Level 1 Reiki attuned and is currently completing her Ayurveda Health Educator certification.

Stacia is also certified through Yoga on High to teach Sekoia.  Sekoia's mulit-sensory yoga classes activate Prana, restore balance, and awaken a deeper connection to yourself and your body. The holistic approach blends smooth vinyasa flows with music, essential oils, meditation, restorative poses, and reiki.

Stacia first came to the practice of yoga in the late 1990s as a student at The Ohio State University. She took classes at OSU and supplemented with VHS tapes in her apartment. For most of the early 2000s Stacia was in an “on again/off again” relationship with yoga until she finally realized one of the only places she was ever truly present was on her mat. A recent spiritual adventure to India solidified her commitment to the practice and a desire to share it with others. Stacia is especially interested in debunking the myths some people have about yoga and bringing its benefits to the newbies and skeptics.

Stacia’s yoga classes are Hatha-based and focus on alignment and breath. While students may only be in class for an hour or two each week, she hopes to show them actionable ways they can take their yoga practice off the mat and into their lives to tap into their inner sense of ease, confidence, and awesomeness. Stacia takes great pride in creating a space for all her students to feel comfortable exploring a practice that may be new or different for them.  Stacia also has experience teaching yoga to visually-impaired adults.

REVIEWS for my Yoga or Bodywork services

loved the quite, unstressed atmosphere. Even though the music was quiet, and not jarring, I wished there had been no music. My mind kept going to it and hearing the changes of songs instead of concentrating internally.

Love it all.

My first time practicing yoga in a class setting has been wonderful. Stacia helped modify poses and stretches to accommodate my ability and a minor injury, while making me feel completely comfortable and confident in my practice. I left feeling energized as accomplished!

The instruction was very good for a beginner class. It was a bit hard to not hit the wall while stretching out your arms
