My name is Shawn, I studied and trained at Columbus State before receiving my massage therapy license from the Ohio Medical Board in 2016. Since then I have been working in private practice where I see clients from all walks of life, and provide a safe and non-judgment environment, which is one of the greatest aspects of my massage career. My training, knowledge, continued education, research, practice and experience amassed in alternative therapeutic touch techniques. My most recent training has been in massage cupping therapy and neural reset therapy (NRT).
Dealing with stress and experiencing chronic pain can both affect our overall quality of life. Whether for well-deserved relaxation, or a drug free alternative for managing chronic symptoms, massage therapy can benefit you. I focus on providing massage tailored to meet your needs in the moment, to help you relax, reduce stress, tension and anxiety or relieve chronic pain and symptoms, or if you simply want to recharge after a long tiring day.
Massage therapy has many physiological and psychological benefits, something for everyone, and I love continuing to learn and improve myself as a massage therapist and being able to use what I’ve learned to help others improve their quality of life and continuing to do the activities they love doing, nothing can more rewarding than that.

Massage Therapy
Bamboo Fusion massage integrates heated sticks of bamboo to roll & push down evenly upon the muscles and wake up dormant tissues and nerves, with both physical therapy and muscle tension benefits.
When NRT is applied to the body, the therapist holds a particular position or does a certain movement to stimulate the receptors of that specific muscle. The therapist can also tap a muscle triggering the receptors to send a signal to the spinal cord. The message, then, goes through the spinal center that resets the nervous system, optimizing the muscles. Within a few seconds, the neural reset will make the muscular discomforts disappear.
One of the most amazing aspects of this technique is the separation in adhesions that cupping produces in tissue layers. This enables water absorption and renewed blood flow to undernourished and dehydrated tissue. It is becoming evident that separation of fused, congested soft tissue and increase in tissue function can be a catalyst for change in many current health conditions.
