“Dedicated to treating the cause and not just the symptoms”

I was first introduced to massage when I was 18 years old. One day I woke up with my neck so stiff, I was forced to smell my right armpit the whole day. Desperate for relief I found a local massage business where I had this magnificent licensed massage therapist “unkink” my neck and restored my range of motion. I was amazed and intrigued that in one hour, this woman was able to alleviate my pain and restore my body with just her hands and the knowledge of the human anatomy...

I graduated from Everest Institute in 2007 and then became licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2008. I began my new career at the very massage business that had changed my life just a few years prior. However, with my expanding skill set and passion to help others, I felt like I was meant to make a bigger impact in the medical world. I sought out for a chiropractic office that shared my passion to help others while allowing me the freedom to treat patients in the manner I felt was most beneficial. Within just a few years, I tripled the number of patients and expanded the chiropractic office by developing one of the most successful massage programs with some of the most talented massage therapists in Columbus.

I was contacted by UFC veteran and owner of Ronin training center Luke Zachrich about bringing the benefits of massage therapy to his gym so that the members can have easier accessibility to their rehabilitation needs. Lutador Sports Massage, LLC is created to improve athletic performance, assist in rehabilitation and recovery and provide overall relaxation and rejuvenation to help athletes stay in the fight.

Ash-Thai Oriental Bar Therapy

Using my feet to deliver long, deep movement to achieve optimum relaxation, as well as release tension and help facilitate healing. While standing on the table, I hold on to bars anchored overhead for balance and support. Letting body weight and gravity do the work, I utilize one or two feet to deliver long flowing pressure. The broadness of the foot, combined with the angle of the delivery combine to make this deep work more comfortable than some other deep tissue techniques that to some can sometimes feel a bit "pokey". If you enjoy a deep massage, or you are an athlete or use your body in your line of work, you will enjoy the benefits of this Ashi modality.

Thai Yoga Mat Massage

Thai Yoga Mat Massage is similar to yoga except you as a client don't have to do any of the work. Thai Yoga Mat Massage is an expression of traditional Thai massage where I utilize my legs, feet, and hands to deliver the techniques. Compression and stretching are combined to help the client increase flexibility, promote relaxation, reduce stress, improve range of motion, increase energy, encourage circulation and center the mind and body. Thai Yoga Mat Massage is done with the client wearing comfortable clothing. No oils or creams are used.
