I grew up in Westerville, Ohio. I attended the Ohio state university and majored in psychology. In 2013, I became a certified Reiki Master through the Institute of Holistic Health and during that same year I attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine. I was licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2014. My specialties are Certified Reiki Master, trigger point release, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage.
