My education exceeds the requirements of licensure, because I believe it is important to seek new information, methodologies and validation to provide you with a safe, positive and effective massage experience. Clinical technique is combined with relaxation therapies to bring you to a more natural, healthy and flexible state in your body and mind.
I have also strengthened my practice through yoga and movement therapies in order to provide you with options for self-care. While I love the opportunity to see you again, our goal is always to help you feel better between and beyond our sessions together.

I have had the privilege to study anatomy through a human cadaver class; our bodies are amazing in both complexity and simplicity. My massage program was 750 hours, and I have taken continuing education courses in several specialized modalities, including structural integration, myoskeletal alignment, myofascial release, active assisted stretching, cranial sacral therapy and others.
I fell in love with Thai massage while still working in the field of marketing. I began my studies of this form in 2007 and have been fortunate to study through teachers affiliated with the Sunshine Network, here in the U.S., as well as abroad in Thailand and Costa Rica. I have more than 250 hours of study in this modality.
My yoga training includes 200-hour certification in the hatha alignment style, followed by a 500-hour certification in order to help my clients better understand restrictions in their movement patterns and how massage and bodywork can help to restore natural balance.
