I am a licensed massage therapist working in the Columbus, Ohio area. I attended the American Institute of Alternative Medicine and started my own practice after graduation in 2015.  I offer customized therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, bamboo massage, massage for people living with cancer, corporate chair massage, as well as end of life/hospice massage. I am also a certified yoga teacher and completed a 300 hour yoga teacher training program at Balanced Yoga University in 2014.  I primarily teach yin and restorative yoga, which are both slow, mellow practices, mostly done seated or lying down, and holding poses for several minutes.  My philosophy in both yoga and massage is to help bring about wellness and relaxation by reducing tension in the muscles, calming the mind and nervous system, and addressing imbalances in the body.
