Positional Release Therapy (PRT) introduces the concept of moving the body to create strain/counterstrain in a manner that allows more intense work to be performed on the muscles with less pain to the client. Trauma Sensitive

Trauma sensitive body work is a different style of body work; clothes remain on, and you will remain face-up (or seated if necessary!) through the entire session. Based on work developed by Touch Education, this body work can help calm symptoms arising from PTSD, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, as well as helping to soothe people with SPD.
