My practice is dedicated to listening to my client's reason for wanting a massage.  This allows me to create a massage that is specific to their needs.  My background before training to become a Massage Therapist was in customer service and I bring to the table the value of providing the client with the care that will bring about the best results. 
My training was based in the John Harvey Kellogg tradition.  I also have training in Swedish Massage, Medical Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy.  I am currently adding training which will give me specific techniques to help increase flexibility in the golf swing. 
I firmly believe Massage should be a part of a healthy lifestyle and love educating people on how massage can help them.
