Hello, I am Dr. Tessa Anderson and I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) practicing in the central Missouri area for last 17 years. I received my certification in massage therapy from Metro Business College in 2006. Over the years of my career I felt if necessary to get certified in many different therapies such as trigger point, prenatal, hot stone, IASTM, Kinesio taping and cupping. After some time working with people I came to realize that I wanted to do more for my massage clients so I furthered my education by receiving my bachelors in life sciences from Logan University in 2019. Then the following year I gained the honor of earning her doctorate in chiropractic from Logan University as well. Although I am not practicing chiropractic at this time, (plans area in the works for the future) my goal to help people manage their pain and enjoying life is being accomplished though my massage therapy techniques.

We had driven in from out of town and I had some painful back and leg issues that flared up during the drive. Our friends recommended we book a session with Tessa to see if she could help. She was able to work on my lower back and sciatica relieve some of the pain and had recommendations for treatment and exercise when I got home. I was able to make the drive home without the pain I had experienced driving up. I would definitely recommend Tessa to anyone experiencing a similar condition.

Tessa set a very relaxing stage for her expert session. She hit all the right spots and spent just the right amount of time on them. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Tessa gave a great massage. The only issue I had is that 10 minutes of preamble should not have been included as part of the 90 minute massage. She did note a $10 discount/ which apparently was for added essential oils. I gave her an extra $5 for the oils which she counted as a tip - which was fine.
