I went to massage school a little over 6 years ago, in doing so finally pursuing my long time dream of a passionate career helping people live healthier, happier lives. Little did I know how much I would truly need the holistic lifestyle at the time of that dream. Years later, and diagnosis of an inherited autoimmune disorder, I know first hand the importance of preventative health care and holistic treatments/pain management. Over the years I have learned so much to add to my practice of self care, which, I find is the best way to care for others. I'm incredibly passionate about helping others have more power over their own health. Often times that starts with the simplest steps to detox from accumulated stress toxins, essentially getting you one step closer to wellness.
