Martha “Marty” Metzker has been a certified massage therapist in the Baltimore/Washington area since 2005.  Her clients include individuals suffering from chronic pain, athletes looking to enhance their training regimen, pregnant women in the second and third trimesters, and anyone who simply has stress and needs a little help relaxing.

Marty specializes in a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release Techniques. Although arguably best known for her deep tissue skills, she listens carefully to each individual, using gentle or deep pressure as needed for each client’s comfort level.

Marty has offices at THE WELL in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood, and the Howard County Holistic Center in Columbia, MD.  All sessions are by appointment only through www.martymassage.com.

Marty is a graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage, Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, and member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She's also proud to have been one of the original founders of the former Federal Hill Massage & Wellness Center.  When she’s not busy massaging, she’s busy being a mom to her daughter, Sophie.
