The amazing power touch has always been a part of my life. I have been blessed with a family that recognized how healthy touch and affection can be healing waters not only to our physical aches and pains, but also to our emotional heart aches as well.
Through sports injuries, car accidents, life stresses, muscle strains, massage has always been there, helping me get back into the game. It wasn't until 5 years ago, while massaging my RN supervisor, she said, "you're missing your calling," and I said, "I'm not dead yet," and decided to go to the Lancaster School of Massage in 2012.
Since then, I've poured myself into learning and refining the art of massage. Having toured and assisted with Sport therapists who have experience working with Olympic level athletes, trained with Neuromuscular, Mayfascial, and Structural Integration therapists, I offer many different modalities to help you find the healing path for your body and soul as well.
In my spare time I try to keep active Swing Dancing, Hiking, Gardening, Mission Trips around the world and as a Christ-follower, am a firm believer in the power of Prayer and Positive thinking/speaking.

I've served chair massages in great local business areas such as; Park City Mall, Barnstomers Games, Occupational Development Center, Women's Expo's and Business Expo's at the Spooky Nook, The Good Samaritan Hospital, and many other health fairs or bridal showers, etc.
Much of my experience has been dealing with Deep Tissue injuries. Having worked with Chiropractors, many of my clients have been in car accidents, Pregnant, or had strong muscular issues that needed deep tissue to unfurl the muscular knots/connective tissue that was causing them pain. Necks and Low backs have been a joy and my specialty to take care of :)
Many of my clients have enjoyed the MFR experience of gentle stretching/releasing of the connective tissue, it is something that I keep active on my tool belt.
My favorite mode of massage is NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy). Hitting a trigger point or a knot or a muscle with great connective tissue adhesions and holding until the muscle/knot releases is one of my favorite things in the world.
I've traded with some pretty superior rolfers that have fine tuned their trade to become a heavenly experience. I picked their brain and learned alot from them and use their techniques in my repertoire. It helps rebuild the integral structure of muscle and ease pain.
I've had many occasions to use reflexology to aide in a persons health and well being. One of my clients was a leader on a mission trip, was pregnant and became constipated. I worked on her feet and shortly after she went.
Hot stone massage has become one of my all time favorite massages to receive. The heat from the stones undo so much tension from the muscles, it's so lovely!
Much of my initial Continuing Education is in Sports Massage. I feel honored to have followed around a man who has worked at so many historical events; including the Olympics, weight lifting competitions, etc. He seems to always know how to fix whatever is wrong. I've learned so much simply from being around him. We also worked at a the Harrisburg Marathon; before and after.
Pregnancy massages are fun! So many beautiful young lives carried in the wombs of these courageous moms, and such an honor to bring relief, comfort and encouragement to them; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as they are on their journey.
The most common form of massage practice that I've had-working at a chiropractors. :)
