Practicing on friends and family, I learned that my natural strength combined with anatomical knowledge can greatly improve a patient's wellbeing and therefore life in general.
What you can expect from me is to listen to your concerns, and to modify your treatment each time depending on your goals. I love adding stretches, breathing techniques, and hot stones to my sessions. I believe with an open ear and communication, we can design the perfect massage session every time! Ultimately, I would like to have a lasting client-therapist commitment. Consistency in treatment allows me to re-balance your body and help you achieve your full potential. I have a comfortable space with a heating table and I only use high quality products/oils. K’s knowledge about the body is impeccable. She spent the entire time fixing my issues, rather than giving a standard rub down. Because of that, I can move without pain. Highly recommend, most beneficial massage I’ve ever had!
