John has a curious obsession with movement and all things outside. A high level of activity and the injuries to prove it led him to massage therapy in 2000. Since then he’s had the opportunity to work with everyone from professional athletes to senior citizens. Along the way he received his BS in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in order to better serve his clientele. Since then he’s had the opportunity to work with everyone from professional athletes to senior citizens. Along the way he received his BS in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in order to better serve his clientele. John also works with the USC Athletics Department and is currently pursuing graduate work in acupuncture at the Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in North Carolina.
