Specialties include Swedish massage for relaxation if zen is what you crave and deep muscle trigger point work to isolate an issue and help resolve it. Most of my clients experience pain in their necks and backs. Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.
