Rachael was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was my first massage and she took the time to explains the benefits of the work she did and provided great after care instructions. I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. I attended an event after my session that required over an hour of walking and I didn’t experience pain in my back and hips like I normally would.

It was unlike any other massage I’ve ever had. Miss Ward interviewed me to first, find out what issues brought me to her, secondly, she took time to listen on what I wanted out of the experience, thirdly, she explained what she was going to do. The massage was terrific and followed exactly what Ms. Ward said would happen. When we finished, I thought that would be it but surprisingly, Ms. Ward recommended four points for me to follow through with to reach my goal. None of the four points mentioned a return visit. I was asked by Ms. Ward if I would like to return. Without a doubt I’ll return!!! I’m already feeling relief. Very professional, knowledgeable and considerate of a person’s issues.

Rachael was amazing and I highly recommend seeing her. She explained everything and asked pertinent questions. The massage was perfect and I couldn't imagine anything that would have made the experience better. Will definitely be back!
