Massage Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy

This session is best to release tension headaches and migraines that a person suffers from on a repeated basis. There are many ways do perform techniques in craniosacral therapy. This includes working out the mandible to release mitigate issues in the jaw, balance the axis, full cervical & occipital neuralgia release.

Esalen Massage

Esalen Massage is just like Lomi Lomi or my Qi Gong Therapy. But in my session I incorporate Tai Chi and real Qi Gong Massage techniques in soft luminescence and soothing music that leaves you completely free of all stress from daily life. This is by far the best relaxing massage session you may have ever get in your life.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is included in the Pain management, sports massage and bodywork. Its a technique used to help the muscle release through all other processes and mitigation in a massage session.

The nervous system. Its how you feel. From the predicaments of degenerative nerve diseases affect many of your body's activities, such as balance, movement, talking, breathing, and heart function. Many of these diseases are genetic. Sometimes the cause is a medical condition such as alcoholism, a tumor, or a stroke. Other causes may include toxins, chemicals, and viruses and accident that causes nerves to shut down or become pinched in muscle bundles, ligaments and joints. Sometimes the cause is not known. Degenerative nerve diseases include, Alzheimer's disease, Amyotrophic lateral, sclerosis, Friedreich's ataxia, Huntington's disease, Lewy body disease, Parkinson's disease, Spinal muscular atrophy. Degenerative nerve diseases can be serious or life-threatening. It depends on the type. Most of them have no cure. Treatments like massage with joint manipulation may help improve symptoms, relieve pain, and increase mobility by releasing the nerve and improving nerve responses.

One of the best massages out there happens to be a nice foot massage. The process of real Chinese reflexology takes about 30 minutes to an hour per foot. I start with the calve -the muscle that operates the foot, working out any causes of tension of the foot. The foot is very complex. In reflexology there are many holistic ideas that pertains to your organs. Science has demonstrated this concept to be untrue and was debunked. In my reflexology, you will get the best therapy according to how the anatomy of the foot should work and mitigate any issues to get it there. This therapy works very well for runners, jumpers, skiers and people who are on their feet for too long.

Hot Stone Massage

Here at SOLOR, we use Shiva Stones for our session. They are one of a kind stones and give the best stone massage you may ever received. They are 3.5 lbs each and can do very deep tissue kneading. They can be steamed for a nice hot stone sensation or we can start of using it as cold stone massage and are great for the summer heat. These stones will get very warm on their own. So far only a very few massage therapists in the entire North American Continent uses these stones. I have personally specialized in this to give people a new stone massage that you may love to come in for.

Sports Massage

Fully trained and experienced in proper bodywork. Bodywork consists of stretch and active stretch to release muscular tension through out the body. Helps with mobility, body balance, gait posture, pain from tension and tightness, restless leg syndrome and much more. I have worked on many active sports enthusiasts and Olympians. MMA, Golfers, Tennis pros, Baseball teams, football players, bikers, hikers, runners, swimmers and so on. I have gained much knowledge through much research on how to treat each sporting individual to give the best therapeutic massage available by knowing how a persons body works during these activities. During the sessions consultation, I will be able to help and improve a person game.

Yesterday Vernon gave me the best massage I've ever had - ever. And I've had many massages in my time. I have a very physically demanding job, and this week the muscle pain put me over the edge. I went to Vernon for two hours of Bodywork/Sports Massage. Normally I go in to a massage therapist and get the same massage every time, regardless of the therapist or what my body needs. Vernon has an intuitive understanding of the human muscular, skeletal, and nervous system. He understood that I wasn't looking for someone to run oil on to my skin - I was looking for intense work on my knots, aches and pains. Vernon delivered. With a firm hand and fantastic pressure, he kneaded out countless knots that multiple past therapists had either ignored or failed to properly address. If you're looking for a true "deep tissue" massage, go to SOLOR Oasis. I will likely be returning for at least an hour of Bodywork on a weekly basis. 5 stars, and more if I could.

Vernon got me in same day and within 10 minutes of my calling which was exactly what I needed that particular day. I would highly recommend doing an 1.5 hrs with him as he took his time working out many specific issues throughout my body. Vernon is well versed in many techniques, cranio facial, myofascia and sports massage and he applied all where necessary. I will definitely be back!

The work done on the shoulders has lasted for a least a week, for that I'm grateful. There has been major spasms in the lower back since the appointment, and while time did not allow work on the legs, they also have been cramping. Overall a good job, just some issues that are tied to the injury.

I went in for a new client massage and I have to say, it was the best I've had so far. Vernon addressed issues I had been having with multiple problem areas, and explained techniques he used to alleviate pain that would have lasting reults, as well as suggestions for things I can do between visits to build overall strength and motion for places that were hindered by loss of muscle and flexibility. He took the time to get to know my daily routine and educated me about things I could do throughout the day anywhere to help with stress and pain relief, and suggestions for corrected posture awareness. While an hour never feels like enough, I was completely satisfied with how much motion I had afterword and the relief of sinus pressure and over all relief of joint pain. It was amazing! He offers multiple types of massage techniques and listens to what you need and expect to get out of a session. I would recommend him to anyone if you want that massage to focuses on you and not just a general rub down that goes by the book.

Vernon is incredibly skilled and intuitive. My needs were very well met without my having to explain what I needed. The combination of body and energy work left me in a transcendent place. I highly recommend Vernon.
