About Me
In 2014, one of my favorite teachers told me that the first step to healing is awareness. When I am working with clients and patients who experience chronic pain or have sustained an injury, my first goal is to become aware of the root of an issue. For example, chronic lower back pain often comes from weak, lengthened glutes and hip flexors. I am usually able to find the source within our first session together. Next, we will establish a recovery plan to help manage pain, or eliminate it for the long-haul. 

I care deeply about everyone that I work with. I understand that my clients and patients are putting a lot of trust in me to provide excellent service, therefore I give careful attention to each session.

Tiffany did a great job- she’s has a great personality and skill set. I have 4 bulging disc and a partially torn rotator cuff. I felt like she did a great job on my target areas and last night my hands didn’t go numb while I was sleeping. So that was wonderful. I will definitely return to her.
