I've always been fascinated by this amazing machine called the human body.  As a massage therapist, I have the privilege of helping your body work better, and feel better!  

I attended Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy and graduated with an international certification in Neuromuscular Therapy.

I offer Medical Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Relaxation Massage and more.  I can work with your insurance provider for injury claims as well. I can help to resolve many issues including stress relief, insomnia, rehabilitation from injury, chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia and more. On our first meeting, I will spend a good amount of time learning about you, your condition  and what you hope to gain from massage therapy.  Your massage treatment will be customized to meet your needs. In addition, I will offer simple stretches and exercises that you can do at home to accelerate your progress.
