Hello, my name is Sheila Meggison.  As a firefighter, EMT, and deputy sheriff for a total of 17 years, I was accustomed to seeing people in the middle of their worst days ever.

They were hurt, angry, confused, and sad.  I held them as they died.  And I held them as they learned someone they dearly loved had died.

Yet despite the suffering and grief I witnessed, I also learned something I'll never forget...

Even in the most trying of times, human beings are incredibly resilient.  And that indomitable spirit is what urged me on as I redirected my career -- from one of rescuing people from trauma into one of total body-mind-spirit transformation.

Now for the past 8 years, I've been blessed to practice as a CranioSacral Therapist.

Using this gentle, light-touch approach, I've had the pleasure of watching my clients break through the cycle of chronic stress and pain to levels of relaxation and joy they never even thought possible.

I have seen how even the most subtle, holistic techniques -- when in the right hearts and hands -- can create amazing change.
