I have completed 1 year Massage therapy school, 18 month Personal trainer school with NASM at Intellitec College, Completion of Medical Massage certification with the LMT Success Group

I am currently teaching massage therapy at Intellitec College in pueblo.

My philosophy is simple: I believe, inherently, that the human body can heal itself. I try and facilitate that natural healing process by listening to and understanding each client's particular needs by working collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan that enhances your experience. Whether it's through pure relaxation techniques, deep tissue massage, medical massage, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, or sports massage and PNF, we will be working together to help you optimize your health and well being.

I love helping people and seeing the results my clients recive on their wellness adventure with me and educating people how to live a healthier and pain free life-style.

I enjoy educating myself with knowledge about massage or general topics, Hiking, spending time with family and friends and a new hobby, collecting tops.
