To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

Native of Colorado! Born and raised in Colorado Springs. I love the outdoors: ( camping, fishing, hiking, and snowboarding), working out, spending time with family and helping people. I have over 14 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and about 7 years as a licensed massage therapist. I do massages out of my home, travel to other peoples homes, and share an office with a chiropractor.

Deep Tissue

Therapist at Elements Massage for 4 and a half years. I was considered a Deep Tissue therapist. I felt that that was misleading, and possibly intimedating to some members or people seeking massage. While employed there i did several prenatal, hot stone and sports massages. I also worked with several young, old, and people with differt level of injuries. Most of these people could not even handle deeper pressure. Therefore I feel like I probably overlooked by some people, who felt I was only a deep tissue therapist. I feel that massage therapy changes. Sometimes it takes a combination of techniques to release a muscle. Sometimes it might be included more of what a client likes.

Fitness

Fitness Manager / Personal Trainer

Overlooked and ran the Personal training department at Bally Total Fitness. Was employed there about 10 years, and spent 5 and a half as Fitness Manager/Director. Implemented several workout out and nutrition plans for members, helped members acheive personal goals, documented measurements and work out routines, and conducted numerous classes and clinics.
