A native of St. Louis, MO, Laura has been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado since 2016. She specializes in Sarga Bodywork, a style of barefoot massage, sports massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. Laura has practiced yoga since 2003 and has taught yoga in Colorado Springs since 2007. Laura also teachers Pilates Reformer, yoga, and meditation. Out of the office, Laura enjoys swimming, cycling, skiing, playing the ukulele, reading, and spending time with her family.
