Thanks for visiting!  My name is Kathryn and I am proud to be a practitioner of the healing arts. I started my journey in massage therapy in 2006 in Florida. I obtained my massage training from The Florida College of Natural Health. I have completed several courses to continue my education including a certification in Ashiatsu Bar therapy from Deepfeet Bar Therapy, a leader in the industry. I thoroughly enjoy helping my clients experience reductions in chronic pain and increases in quality of life. I moved home to Colorado after an extended period away and opened The Healing Studios in 2016. I am proud to be helping with the health and healing of our community. Massage therapy sessions facilitated by me are personal and customized to your goals and needs. I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ashiatsu, Trigger Point Therapy, care, and kindness.

I also have a master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Central Florida and love helping others through training in mindfulness and solution focused therapy.
