I have been practicing massage and bodywork therapies for 15 years and continue to enjoy working with my community in supporting their journey through wellness whether they are receiving massage or experiencing the benefits of functional stretch therapy.  My intentions as a Massage and Bodyworker are to find a balance between muscle work and energy in order to promote relief from stress, pain, muscle soreness, and fatigue. 

As a spouse of a 24 year United States Air Force Veteran, I have had amazing opportunities living overseas in Australia, South Korea, Okinawa and Germany.  My career in Massage Therapy began in San Antonio, Texas which followed me overseas and allowed me to practice massage therapy and manage the Massage Therapy program at Ramstein Air Force Base Fitness Center in Germany.  Shortly after moving to Colorado Springs, the opportunity to own and manage my own practice was presented to me and here we are today.
