Using a method that is finely tuned to the most subtle reactions of the muscles, I work with the natural flow of the cerebrospinal fluid and the rhythm of energy coursing through the muscle itself. With this method, my clients have discovered a significant increase in lasting relief from debilitating pain.
With a background working in chiropractic offices, I am no stranger to clients who have lived with pain because they didn't know what else to do. I have also helped many clients with whiplash trauma from personal injury auto accidents.
My dedication to my clients has helped a number of them reduce their pain significantly enough that they no longer saw surgery as a viable or necessary option. Fabia was very caring and thorough. I liked how she talked to me before she started to get info she needed to make sure I got a massage specific to my wishes. The massage was wonderful and I plan to go back!

I'm so happy Fabia is back! I've been going to Fabia for about 5 + years and I've been to enough massage therapists to know some have that healing touch and some dont. She definitely has the healing touch. She is a one stop shop. She listens to her clients needs but also listens to the body and is able to find places that the client might not realize needs attention. You can tell she is extremely passionate about her work and her clients. She is not fake nor phony either she is really down to earth. I won't be going to anyone else...ever. shes stuck with me whether she likes it or not !

Ecstatic that Fabia is back in the Springs. I have significant issues in my lower back and Fabia is able to get very tight and knotted muscles released and relaxed. She is responsive to what I need and so knowledgeable about the body and interaction of bones, muscles, nerves. As such, she is able to help me overall quality of life. Amazing LMT!!!

By far the best massage. You can tell that Fabia truly cares about her clients and her techniques. I have not encountered anyone who does massages like her. I highly recommend Fabia.
