Very dissapointing massage with Crystal. The room was very cold and it was hard to relax because of that. The pressure on my back was too soft and instead of starting on my back to relax me, she waited until the end. I could barely feel anything. I asked for deep pressure and got cold arms on my back (because the room was so cold). It didn't feel any deeper, more like rubbing. The reflexology just felt like pressing on every part of my foot, no massage; and because I paid extra for that, instead of adding it on with time, she cut my massage in half. Overall, I didn't feel any different after I left. She also charged extra for essential oils diffuser, which usually is just part of the whole experience. I also paid extra for hot totals on my hands and feet. They turned very cold quickly because of the cold room. When she removed them, they left the sheet wet and cold. Next time, I will wait an extra week to go to my regular masseuse.
