Selena graduated from a local college here in Colorado Springs Early 2017.  Selena can offer both Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, but especially enjoys Integrative massage sessions where she can work to address her client’s specific issue and offer them a sense of relaxation and nurturing. She offers a variety of other modalities and techniques such as Reflexology, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal, and Aromatherapy. Selena listens to the wants and needs of her client and customizes her session to fit that individual specifically, so they can leave the table feeling balanced and renewed.
