Using my hands as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable.  That may mean working your daily stresses away or helping the healing progress on a severe injury.

If you're looking for a break, a place to know and feel you are unwinding in just about the healthiest way you can, and would like to begin appreciating the little things again instead of being chronically frazzled, I can help.

You'll find me to be friendly, respectful and professional.  My years of experience have allowed me to continuously attend classes and seminars to add to, improve upon, and find new ways to use my skills and abilities to help you.

Specialties include PNT (Pain Neutralization Technique), Sports, Infant, and Medical Massage therapy as well as working with expectant mothers from first finding out you are pregnant, right up to being with you in the delivery room if that is what you need.   I will do outcalls on referrals from trusted clientele as well as go into nursing homes and rehabilitative centers to work on seniors, injuries, or chronic disease cases. 

I am Rossiter Certified, (facilitated Stretching), have my certification in Nutrition and am a Senior Fitness Coach.

1983 Worke with Olympic Racewalkers break several records

As Racewalker came off the field my partner and I would work on them, They would go back on the field and the next would come off. 24 hours straight. Several records were broken/made for distance, time, # of Race-walkers.

Worked with 1983 Olympic Bicyclists

Worked in the infield at the Colorado Springs Velodrome on Bicyclists competing in the world competition.
