Life is about balance

I began my affinity for massage while attending college at Colorado University in Boulder. I was out with friends and had a chair massage. It was amazing! It took away all of my stress and some pain I was experiencing in my shoulders and upper back! I knew then that this was what I wanted to do.

Several years later after starting a family, I decided it was time to put myself through massage school. I completed my certification and liscensure as a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist.

I have been in business now for over 10 years. I find great joy in helping my clients decrease pain levels, lower stress, maintain a healthy muscle balance, and increase their feeling of life enrichment overall.
