A Colorado native, Crystal started her career in Massage Therapy in 2009, graduating from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy. Since then, she has received training and certification in Medical Massage, Oncology Massage for pre- and post-cancer treatments, Orthopedic Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. She specializes in treating plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel and various medical conditions including arthritis, fibromyalgia, and Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

Crystal has a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Anthropology, the study of human biological and physiological characteristics and their development, from the University of Wyoming. She loves expanding her knowledge of the body and learning new techniques to help you out of pain and tension more effectively.

Crystal is great and really knows what to do to help alleviate any pain I might be having. She also is great at giving me exercises that I can do at home that keeps me feeling better in between my visits.
