Swedish, or relaxing massage is designed to help reduce trigger points, stretch the muscle and realign the fascia to better promote healing in restricted area's of the body. Softer touch, with gliding modalities and fascia realignment help your mind and your body relax at the same time, helping you feel rejuvenated and balanced.

Deep Tissue can help with troublesome trigger points. Natural causes can be computer work, driving for long hours ect. These issues can last several hours to several weeks. Massaging the area deeply can break up any scar tissue, trp's or fascia issues you could have. Helping blood flow and new nutrients get to the affected area's to promote and speed up the healing process.

Structural Physiotherapy is designed for issues that have been longer then a few hours or weeks. Issues that were caused by some kind of accident, or repetitive motion at a job or just gate issues from sports and life. This type of therapy can be deep, but nothing is going to change unless we push it towards change.

Injury therapy is generally shorter sessions, designed to help ROM in 1 or 2 area's of the body. Maybe you have a headache that won't go away. Maybe your ankle hurts after a marathon or your wrists hurt from the computer over the weekend. This type of therapy is best in short bursts and normally consists of using some kind of warm/cold therapy as well as active ROM.

Structural Integration is done in 10-12 weekly sessions. This type of work is designed to help break up scar tissue, increase ROM, rehab injuries, and realign the body to help avoid future injuries. The reason it is done in weekly sessions is to form new patterns, and to help prevent old habits coming back. SI is very slow and deep, it sits at an uncomfortable pain level the entire session, but just a few session can change your entire body forever! This type of therapy can be done while your training, to see the results first hand. It is however something you want to do before you start any new training.
