The nationally renowned Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy is where Alesha began her passion for wellness research.  With her many years of expertise, Alesha has not only worked as an Instructor of massage, but her wellness articles have been published and her massage featured in magazines.  She provides expert massage & spa treatments featuring certified organic products.

Voted Best RMT in Westminster, CO in 2015 by Opencare. After working hard to provide the professional experience she herself desired, Alesha opened her clinic in 2001. Beginning her education with Deep Tissue, fast-paced Sports Massage, and Neuro-muscular Massage techniques, she went on to develop the Cerebral-Nueral Activation® Method from the research of the Polyvagal theory and the great affects she's had on her clients over the last 19 years.  This method has been favored by professional athletes, including runners, football, and hockey players, teachers and soon-to-be mothers.  

Her exclusive method of massage is different than can be found anywhere else. She incorporates her medical massage training and years of continuing education into a relaxing escape from the normal day's stress.
