Mason spent 18 years training and competing in martial arts, consisting of Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. During those years he competed and won many National titles and two World Championships. While competing at this high level of competition he was blessed to be in the care of an accomplished Therapeutic Massage Therapist who worked with athletes, including Olympic and Ironman competitors.
