Mason spent 18 years training and competing in martial arts, consisting of Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. During those years he competed and won many National titles and two World Championships. While competing at this high level of competition he was blessed to be in the care of an accomplished Therapeutic Massage Therapist who worked with athletes, including Olympic and Ironman competitors. He learned first-hand the value and importance of massage for the body mind, and spirit.

You're in good hands with Mason. He will listen to you and ask you questions. He'll take that information and formulate a plan. He asks for feedback throughout the process to make sure things are moving in the right direction. If you're nerdy like me and enjoy anatomy and physiology, he has two life size posters on his wall... One that shows the muscular system and the other the skeletal system. He also has a life-sized human skeleton... all of which he uses to explain and teach. Very cool. I definitely plan to go back and I have already shared his name with my inner circle. By the way, I had never met him before this first session. He's a good person, knowledgeable, and able to apply what he knows to help your body heal.

Mason's tailored and highly knowledgeable bodywork proceeded from root causes of issues I found challenging to resolve with yoga, physical therapy, and/or strength training alone. Mason is a great practitioner! I appreciate his knowledge of the body and putting the “puzzle pieces” of what might be causing the pain. My body feels so much better. I’ve tried other massages, chiropractors with temporary relief, but Mason’s work actually fixed my long-standing issues.
