Mason spent 18 years training and competing in martial arts, consisting of Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. During those years he competed and won many National titles and two World Championships. While competing at this high level of competition he was blessed to be in the care of an accomplished Therapeutic Massage Therapist who worked with athletes, including Olympic and Ironman competitors. Mason McCauley is a Shaman. He listens and takes action with the goal of making you better. His most recent work on me has been a stubborn case of Plantar Fasciitis. Between Mason and my Yoga teacher things are going great and I have been able to "keep moving."
