I am a small town Alberta Girl with a passion for helping bodies find balance. Every body on my table has its own unique needs and I like to tailor every session to address each individual client, whether you come looking to unwind at the end of a stressful week or hope to decrease pain caused by postural imbalances, injury sites or other orthopaedic concerns. I pull from a growing toolbox of modalities including Swedish Relaxation Massage, Targeted Wellness Massage (including intraoral, abdominal & gluteal work), Myofascial Release, Pre/Post-Natal Massage, Trigger Point Release, Joint Play and Chair Massage. Currently practising in Cold Lake, AB, I am in the process of gaining my Registered Massage Therapist diploma through MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy.
