Hello! I have been practicing massage for 3.5 years, but I should have been massaging all my life. Massage came naturally to me the first night I started school. My certification is from Ridgwater College, Willmar, MN in the Advance Massage Therapy program.

Since graduation, I have worked as an employee at two spa locations and two chiropractic clinics. Currently I own, operate, and massage at Gingerly Healing in Cokato, MN. The modalities of massage I practice are Esalen/Swedish relaxation, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hot/Cold Stone Treatment and Reflexology Treatment. My massage is usually made up of combination of Esalen, deep tissue and trigger point, tailored to my client's needs. Aromatherapy and gem stone therapy are also available at no charge.

My massage room is designed to create a warm, welcoming, safe and relaxing environment to allow my clients to fully let go and release stress, worries and tension. You will leave feeling relieved, revived and happy.
