Adam definitely knows how to target problem areas. It’s not always pleasant while he hits those areas but it’s worth it when you feel significant relief afterwards. Highly recommend!

ADAM FAILED TO TELL ME ALL HE WAS GOING TO DO IS SPEND AN HOUR OF MY QUADS - HE DOES NOT TALK TO YOU DURING THE MASSAGE TELLING YOU WHAT HE ID DOING AND I FOUND HIM VERY ROUGH ON TRIGGER POINTS----WOULD I GO BACK NOT A CHANCE - I HAVE HAD OTHER MASSAGES AND THIS WAS PAINFUL
