ADAM FAILED TO TELL ME ALL HE WAS GOING TO DO IS SPEND AN HOUR OF MY QUADS - HE DOES NOT TALK TO YOU DURING THE MASSAGE TELLING YOU WHAT HE ID DOING AND I FOUND HIM VERY ROUGH ON TRIGGER POINTS----WOULD I GO BACK NOT A CHANCE - I HAVE HAD OTHER MASSAGES AND THIS WAS PAINFUL

I would say that Adam is very professional and it was an enjoyable experience. He is knowledgeable and alert he actually found a lump on my back that I'm going to have my doctor look at I was very glad that he took the time to explain what was going on there.
