Kristen is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAAA). She received her Diploma of Acupuncture from MacEwan University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Lethbridge prior to her acupuncture education.

Kristen’s passion for Traditional Chinese Medicine began after experiencing the benefits of acupuncture and the profound impact it had on her own health. Inspired by its efficacy and emphasis on supporting the body’s self-healing abilities, Kristen’s goal is to assist individuals of any age in achieving and maintaining wellness.

Kristen is a compassionate practitioner who enjoys getting to know each of her patients, educating them, and making them feel at ease throughout the treatment. Combining her knowledge of Chinese and Western medicine, she develops individualized treatment plans utilizing a gentle approach to acupuncture as well as incorporating other modalities such as cupping, gua sha, tui na (Chinese therapeutic massage) and moxibustion therapy.
