I had an amazing experience with Stephanie. She was kind, knowledgeable and professional. It was my first time getting CST and Stephanie took the time to explain the process, what to expect and she explained her findings when the session was over. I finished the session with a sound bath and it was a perfect way to end the session. I can also say that this morning is the first morning in over two month's that I have woken up without a headache and have remained headache free all day.

Steph is definitely a healer. She was in tune with the ailments in my body. Even though I had not mentioned certain areas of discomfort, she felt them immediately through light touch. Her energy is incredible and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I will absolutely be booking more appointments with her.
