Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch modality that addresses the Craniosacral system, the flow of cerbral spinal fluid and the Central Nervous System. This approach helps with chronic pain, postural imbalances, anxiety, depression, insomnia, concussion, TMJ disorder, migraine and much more! I am currently in the process of becoming a certified Craniosacral Therapist

Myofascial Release

While using multiple modalities of therapeutic massage, I also specialize in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release. MFR is a whole body gentle approach, incredibly effective in correcting postural imbalances and relieving chronic pain, allowing you to feel your best.
