Katheryn Vestal, Licensed Massage Therapist, was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. Katheryn graduated from Ankeny High School in 2014, and in the year following graduated from Power Life Yoga to become a certified yoga instructor. Katheryn’s passion for self-care and teaching inspired her to want to connect with her clients on a whole new level, and after three years of practice and patience the answer quickly became massage therapy. January 4th, 2018 marked the first day of her massage journey at Iowa School of Beauty in Ankeny, Iowa. There she learned and retained all the basics of massage, and various modalities which lead her to graduation in July 2018. During her schooling she acquired a thirst for knowledge in Reiki, deep tissue, and trigger point therapies. Upon discovering Linda Bradbury, Reiki Master, Katheryn knew she would soon be mentored through her trainings to become a master as well. Her attitude of whatever the clients body needs made her mission very clear, “give clients of all body types grounded touch that evokes facilitated healing”. Katheryn aimes to obtain further certifications in massage and wellness that will grow her passion for holistic healing and wellness.

COMING SOON TO DES MOINES!! In October, 2019 I will have just returned from Greece with my Acroyoga Teacher Training Level I completed. In this training I will also become a Thai Massage Practitioner. With this certification I will be offering Acroyoga classes to all ages. Acroyoga promotes overall body balance and awareness, along with building trust in self and others. Very relaxing massage! The clinic/room was very clean. Loved the calming waves of light on the ceiling. The music was calming as well. You can tell that Kathryn is very passionate & knowledgeable about massage. Great experience!!

I only rated skill a 4 star because there is always more to learn. Otherwise, it is a great experience, very comfortable, if you have any questions she explains it as well as she can.
