I received my New York State Massage Therapy License from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2010. Since receiving my license, I have taken several continuing education classes including Deep Tissue, Soft Tissue Melting, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Massage for Cervical Disorders, Releasing the Iliopsoas, and Releasing the Rotator Cuff. Massage therapy can be very effective in many acute and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. My goal is to incorporate various techniques and tailor each session to the client to include both relaxation and pain relief from acute and chronic conditions.

In my free time I enjoy the outdoors, travel, and participating in obstacle course races.
