Tri-County Massage is owned and operated by me, Rachel - a massage therapist who’s been in the business of massage for almost a decade. In college I learned the basics of a successful massage therapy career, focusing on sports and occupational rehabilitation therapies. Since college I have worked EVERYWHERE from high-end spas, to sports clinics. I’ve also managed many massage businesses since 2016 and have lobbied to standardize massage as an accepted alternative health care practice.

I currently hold certifications in prenatal massage, hot & cold therapies, infant massage, deep tissue therapy, sports & occupational rehabilitation therapies, and floor thai bodywork. I have additional endorsements in sciatica & hip joint dysfunction, low back pain techniques, myofascial work for carpal tunnel, and body reading.
