Let's be honest: It can be difficult for women to find time for themselves.  For most of us, it's family and/or spouses first, and us a distant...distant second.  However, it is just as important, if not more, for us to keep our emotional and physical selves up because those people rely on our support the most!

I was employed at Dr. Ron Fried's Chiropractic and Wellness Center with Dr. Ronda Dalton, where I provided therapeutic massage to their chiropractic patients. These patients had various different types of ailments including but not limited to bulging discs, bursitis, previous joints surgeries, and recovering from vehicle or work related accidents. During that time, I remained an independent contractor and was able to provide various massage services to my own clientele.

For 4 years, I owned and operated Massage By Ericka- a traveling massage business where I would primarily go to my clients homes. The larger percentage of those massages were deep relaxation and hot stone therapy.

From early 2000 to October 2001, I was employed at Jenny Craig in Sterling Heights where I helped many clients achieve their weight loss and nutritional goals by coaching their daily eating habits, as well as their thought patterns that would drive them into unhealthy meal choices.
