After healing through a difficult hip surgery, I reevaluated my life and learned first hand that it took more than my prescribed surgery and PT for my body to recover from the experience. I believe that much of my healing came from the quieter relaxation states achieved through massage and energy treatments following surgery. I am happy to say, I made a 100% recovery, changed careers, and have since learned more about how crucial it is for the body, mind, and spirit to regularly relax from our busy lives in order to achieve a life of optimal health.

My intention for my clients is to offer massage and energy healing to help calm the mind, body, and soul. After a thorough intake prior to massage, I assess and evaluate my client's needs to determine the best course of treatment. I am additionally certified in Oncology massage, and work with a wide array of often blended modalities to create a healing session specially designed for each client. It is my greatest pleasure to offer my full time services to clients at Halfmoon Massage and also to cancer patients (part time) at the C.R. Woods Center Center at Glens Falls Hospital.
