I graduated from Center of Natural Wellness and School of Massage Therapy in Colonie, NY in November of 2013. I have been working at Welcome Relief Massage Therapy in Malta, NY for about 2 years.

I suppose my massages vary between relaxation and medical. I use a variety of techniques to sedate the mind while warming tissue to prepare for some more direct work specifically addressing any problem areas that may arise.
