Elizabeth has been able to relieve my neck and shoulders of knots in the muscles and help with joint pain caused by medication. She uses the perfect amount of pressure: enough to relieve the tension, but gentle enough for the massage to still be relaxing. She has been very knowledgeable and provided helpful advice.

Always a great massage! Liz knows what she's doing! I've been getting massages for decades. She does a great job, very relaxing and I never want to leave. I wish I could stay and take a 6 hour nap afterward!
