Rachel is not just a massage therapist: she is a healer. She *dramatically* improved my frozen shoulder (after months of severe pain and limited mobility) in a single MFR session. She knows her anatomy and physiology, but, more importantly, she is brilliantly intuitive; it's like her hands knew EXACTLY where to go. She is also personable, professional, empathetic, and has a great sense of humor. I've had a lot of massages of various kinds in my life, including a good deal of MFR, but this was simply the single most effective healing massage I have had in my life.

AMAZING! This was the best massage I’ve ever had. Came in with a lower back muscular injury from overuse and left feeling renewed. Woke up the day after with more mobility and much less pain. It’s evident Rachel really knows her stuff and provided an effective and relaxing treatment. I also love the ambiance of the space! I’ll be back.
